Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate lounge, open-plan kitchen and dining with scullery, a dedicated study, make up a layout with considered space throughout.

Curved walls appear throughout the home — making a statement at the exterior entryway, and continuing inside as a feature detail across key spaces. In the main bathroom, a curved tiled wall wraps the freestanding bath, a design aspect that required precise work to execute beautifully.

Timber flooring runs through the main living spaces, and the three bathrooms are fully finished with high-quality tiling.

On the exterior, the cladding system uses Rockcote Graphex plaster with vertical shiplap detailing that complements the curved geometry of the entryway. COLOURSTEEL® Styleline® Longrun roofing and COLOURSTEEL® spouting complete the roofline, finished with an impressive custom louvre chimney cowl.
