Overview:
RP Builders undertook major alterations to transform a dated Art Deco home into a modern, stylish residence while carefully preserving its character. This extensive renovation was delivered in two stages, beginning with the upstairs so the clients could return to living in the home while the downstairs works continued.

Scope of Work:

• Structural & Exterior Works: Extension of the master bedroom, re-roofing the entire home, and re-rendering all stucco surfaces for a smooth, contemporary finish.

• Interior Renovation: Full relining and redecorating throughout, new floor coverings in every room, and new kitchen and laundry installations.

• Bathrooms & Fixtures: Complete re-tiling, upgraded fittings, and the addition of multiple new ensuites for improved comfort and functionality.

Project Approach:
Clear communication was key. RP Builders worked closely with the clients throughout the project, adapting as the scope evolved and ensuring the renovation stayed aligned with their vision.
