Patterson Road Extension

Our team extended this existing home with a 62m² fully covered outdoor entertaining area, giving the homeowners a beautiful new space for gathering.


The roof pitch was matched to the existing home, creating a seamless transition between the original house and the new alfresco area. Four Velux skylights were added to bring natural light into the space, and a Trendz Outdoors Mini Burton fireplace was installed as the natural gathering point. The extension was designed to flow directly out from the home's existing living space, keeping the connection between indoors and out effortless.


The entryway to the home was also updated, with new pillars and roofline added to match the style of the new extension. The build was finished off with landscaping, including new stairs and a block wall planter retainer to tie the addition into the section.
