Araba Townhouses

Araba Townhouses | Under Construction

128 Clawton Street, New Plymouth

Designed by McLeod Architecture, Araba Townhouses brings three homes together as one considered development — a combination of two-bedroom and three-bedroom townhouse living across one site. Our team is delivering all three homes, reflecting our ability to run multi-unit builds end to end.

The exterior is built for durability and street presence in equal measure. A Colorsteel roof sits above a considered material palette: Midland Aurora clay brick veneer to the ground floor gives each home a solid, grounded base, while Stratum weatherboard cladding carries the upper storey with a lighter, more contemporary profile. UNO Therm thermally-broken double glazing runs throughout, and Stecca aluminium fin balustrades pair with Solaris fixed louvres to add architectural depth and shading to the street elevations.

Inside, the kitchens are finished in Neolith porcelain to both benchtop and splashback — a hard-wearing, heat- and stain-resistant surface chosen for its high-end finish as much as its performance in daily use. Storage and everyday function have been built into the plan rather than added on, with laundry, wardrobe, and study nook spaces all fitted out as part of the original build. Each home will be handed over with full landscaping complete, ready to move into from day one.
